· 1 cup sesame seeds

· ¼ cup dulse flakes

· 1 teaspoon Himalayan pink salt


  1. Toast sesame seeds in a pan until they start to pop, continue to stir to avoid burning 2 mins

  2. Grind toasted sesame seeds, dulse flakes and salt in a mortar pestle until just combined

  3. Store in an airtight container in the fridge and use as a seasoning on vegetable and salads

  4. Beautiful nutty flavour, a great way to add some extra iodine and calcium to your meal.
